Recently, The Adventures Tribe embarked on a one-day excursion to Kereita Forest Adventure Center, where adventure met sustainability in the heart of Kenya’s wilderness.
We began with a Nature Walk, immersing ourselves in the serene beauty of the Kereita forest while planting trees, a fulfilling activity that strengthened our connection to nature. During this, we had the pleasure of meeting a group of eco-conscious visitors from Denmark, whose long-term commitment to Kenya’s natural landscapes gave us fresh insights into the power of sustained environmental responsibility. It was inspiring to meet kindred spirits who shared our passion for conservation.
Soaring Above Kereita's Lush Canopies on East Africa’s Longest Zipline
After the forest nature walk, the real adrenaline kicked in as we zipped across East Africa’s longest zipline, soaring above lush tree canopies with breathtaking views. This thrilling ride, made possible through Kereita’s partnership with FlyingFox, combined excitement and safety to give us an experience we’ll never forget.
Archery Showdown
Our final challenge of the day was a competitive round of Archery, where we teamed up with a group from Kenya and China. The competition was fierce, with each round ending as soon as the fastest player shot their final arrow. The excitement of racing against time and racking up points added an extra level of fun, making it a close match and a highlight of the day.
